Due to increasing sales volumes & centralization of the aftersales activities in our office in Tienen, CarsOnTheWeb is looking for several Customer Care Officers (CRM Officers).

Job description
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers
• Daily follow-up on new registrations, payments...
• Supporting the customer though the entire buying process including after-sales activities
• Recruiting new customers

Profile
• You are an enthusiastic person with a commercial spirit
• You are a team player that likes to work in an international environment of young people
• You have an experience in a similar position and/or call center
• You are stress resistant and a multitasker with good administrative skills
• You have extensive language skills meaning that you speak fluently several languages that are needed for the region that you are responsible for
• You speak good English (company language).

Offer
We are offering full time employment with a contract of 6 months followed by a permanent contract if your performance is in line with the expectations.
