В компанию (сфера бизнеса networking), требуется в офис в АМСТЕРДАМЕ человека на должность Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage company activities in the Computer components / IT
services purchasing field for EU/USA region
2. Market research for new products/suppliers in accordance to
company requirements and building relations with supplier/shipping
companies to meet Company's targets or objectives
3. Liaison with the existing partners for constant improving of the
supply process (product price, shipping terms, credit terms etc)
4. Analyze proposals to support decision making in
purchasing/shipping the goods
5. Ensure products and services are purchased in the most cost- and
time-efficient manner
6. Work closely with in-house technical team, accounting
department, sales team to respond requirements according to the company
procedures
7. Be in charge of day-to-day duties as assigned by the manager
8. Follow up the company procedures for records maintenance in
ERP/RT system
9. Manage the physical stock of the local based WH as well as
virtual stock presence / Control inventory level
10. Fulfill Inbound/outbound/Intercompany movement procedures
including supported paper and e-documentation
11. Initiate and follow RMA procedures

Requirements
*Valid Working permit for EU
*Min 1 year relevant experience in IT trading company
*Good command of spoken and written English, Dutch language
considered as advantage, but not essential
*Good PC skills
*Independent, well-organized and detail-oriented
*Experience in use of various shipment methods like express post, air,
sea transport
*Experience with e-commerce (buying goods via
internet)
*Immediately available is highly preferred
